ACES Partners with FieldX to Strengthen Counselor Education Programs

The Association for Counselor Education & Supervision (ACES) is joining forces with FieldX to elevate how counselor education programs manage field experiences. This collaboration gives ACES members a direct channel to shape a platform already designed to simplify the transition from classroom to field.  In this Let’s Talk, participants will learn more about how Field X was created in response to challenges raised by counselor educators about how they manage field experiences.  A brief overview of the system will be demonstrated.  If you are looking at potential options for your field experience management, this webinar will provide insights.

The ACES Product Development Committee will serve in a formal role to gather feedback from ACES members regarding field education workflows and the FieldX product.” By bringing real‑world insights from counselor educators into the development process, ACES is helping ensure that FieldX continues to reflect the needs, challenges, and realities of field training.

“ACES is a partner providing advisory input; ACES is not an accreditor or owner of FieldX.” Their involvement strengthens the platform’s alignment with the profession while maintaining FieldX’s independence and accessibility.

Together, ACES and FieldX are working to reduce administrative burden, streamline field operations, and support programs in what matters most: preparing exceptional counselors.
